Jack Drum Arts is providing outreach courses across the County on behalf of the Colour your Life programme providing communities access to creative and informal learning activities for the improvement of mental health and the development of emotional resilience.

We’re having to put the start date of the course back a week…. so check out the new dates on the poster and get yourself signed up !

Do you know anyone who is recovering from a Stroke or a similar medical condition? Maybe your spouse, father, mother, brother, sister, auntie, uncle or next door neighbour?

The attached CYL programme, delivered in association with the Stroke Association may help them in their recovery and will provide them with an opportunity to get active, learn new skills and make new friends. Tea and coffee is provided. Further details are attached – contact Laura on 01207 218019.
